		<description>Your comments are true-- painfully so.  As a young Black girl, my mom refused to buy any doll for me that wasn't Black because she wanted me to learn self-love.  That meant I missed out on all the Disney and many of the Barbie items that didn't reflect the beauty of my caramel tone, or the mocha and chocolate tones of my friends and relatives. I'm ecstatic that Disney has finally acknowledged us, but I am saddened by the story they have chosen to adapt with which to finally present a Black princess.  

I really only responded to let you know (wink, wink) that Tiana is a fairly common name in the Black community.  I currently know 4.  :)  Just an FYI.  Thanks for the commentary!</description>
